Great News: Sinokle's cogeneration project of treating oily wastewater is operational successfully

Recently, Sinokle successfully launched an oily wastewater treatment system for a large cogeneration project in Shanxi Province. The treated effluent consistently meets standards, effectively solving the challenge of treating oil-containing wastewater in the project.


The system combines Sinokle's custom filtration technology with a high-efficiency coalescing pressure oil remover, designed to handle 10 cubic meters per hour.

 Oil-containing wastewater undergoes filtration to remove suspended solids and residues, then enters the high-efficiency oil remover for separation, resulting in clear effluent meeting national discharge standards.


The high-efficiency coalescing pressure oil remover, a Sinokle patented product, optimizes tank space and structure using principles of coarse granulation, shallow pools, and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). It features an inlet pre-separation zone, primary separation zone, and main separation zone, with specially designed cyclonic separation devices in the pre-separation zone and coalescing packing in the others. The system includes an oil collection package at the top and a sand flushing and sediment discharge device at the bottom.
