The oily wastewater treatment unit of SINOKLE cogeneration project was successfully put into operation

Recently, the oily sewage treatment device developed by SINOKLE for a large cogeneration project in Shaanxi Province has been successfully put into operation, and the effluent has been stably tested and reached the expected treatment effect, effectively solving the problem of oily sewage treatment for the cogeneration project.

The project adopts SINOKLE customized filter + high efficiency coalescating pressure oil remover combination process, the design capacity is 10 cubic meters/hour, oily wastewater first through the filter to remove suspended solids waste, and then into the high efficiency oil remover for oil and water separation, the effluent is clear and bright, to meet the national discharge standards.

The high efficiency coalescing pressure deoiler is SINOKLE's patented technology. It uses the principle of coarse granulation, shallow pool principle and CFD simulation tool to optimize the internal space and structure of the tank, rationally layout the internal flow field, and realize the rapid aggregation, coalescing, floating (or sinking) and separation of oil droplets or suspended matter in water. The inside of the tank is composed of the inlet pre-separation area, the initial separation area and the main separation area. The inlet pre-separation area is composed of a specially designed swirl separation device. The initial separation area and the main separation area are respectively filled with coalescated fillers of different specifications.
