1. Daily operation and inspection of electric desalting


(1) Check whether the desalting tank boundary, desalting tank pressure, desalting temperature, mixing valve pressure difference is in the process indicators, oil-water emulsification and whether there is leakage everywhere.


(2) Check the desalting power supply and analyze whether the power supply is normal.


(3) Check whether the water injection is normal, check the desalting boundary, and whether the instrument indication is consistent with the scene.


(4) Check the injection of demulsifier and check whether the demineralized cut water is emulsified.


(5) Check the liquid level of each injection tank, as well as the operation of each pump, and whether the outlet pressure is normal.


2. Backwash operation of electric desalting tank


Purpose of backwashing:


1 is conducive to removing the sediment at the bottom of the tank to avoid reducing the effective space of oil-water settlement and separation due to excessive sediment.


2 Avoid contamination of electrode rods and insulation rods.


3 is conducive to improving the desalting effect and stopping the tank cleaning.


Flushing method and steps:


1 When the desalination tank is backwashed, the desalting boundary should be maintained at a high level, generally at 2 to 3# to see the sample port, open the washing valve and start washing.


2 Open the blowdown valve and try to discharge the sediment at the bottom of the tank.


3 The level of the oil-water interface is controlled by the drain valve. If the drainage is not timely, the water injection should be reduced. It is strictly prohibited that the oil-water interface is too high.


Note:


1 Backwashing generally can not be carried out in several tanks at the same time;


2 In the process of rewashing, if the current rises and exceeds the standard value, the washing should be stopped in time to strengthen the cutting water;


3. Strengthen the control of the boundary level of the washing desalting tank, and prohibit the washing from causing large fluctuations in the boundary level, affecting the stable liquid level of the initial distillation tower (flash tower) and causing electric desalting to cut the water oil.
