The reason and adjustment method of the large fluctuation of voltage and current during the operation of electric desalting
The reasons for the large fluctuation of voltage and current during the operation of electric desalting:
1. The oil-water interface in the desalination tank is too high;
2 The operating temperature is too high;
3. Improper addition of demulsifier;
4 Mixing valve pressure drop is too large;
5 transformer own reasons;
6 The injection amount is too large;
7 The emulsion layer is too high.
Adjustment method:
1 Strengthen the boundary level inspection, and reduce the boundary level of desalinated oil and water to 1-3 #.
2 Adjust the heat transfer process and reduce the desalting temperature to within the process index;
3 Adjust the amount of demulsifier to make its ratio to crude oil in the range of 20 ~ 40mg/L;
4 Reduce the mixing valve pressure to within the process index;
5 Contact the electrical inspection transformer to restore it to normal. If there is continuous low voltage or large current, the cause should be identified and properly handled in time;
6. Reduce the amount of water injected to make it within the process index;
7 Appropriately increase the injection amount of demulsifier, or release the emulsion layer to re-establish the oil-water interface.
