For high concentration, difficult to degrade, toxic and harmful phenol-containing wastewater, traditional biological method and physical and chemical method have lost their advantages, chemical oxidation method and its high cost hinder its promotion and application, electrochemical catalytic oxidation method is more and more favored by people, but it also has some problems, such as power consumption, electrode materials are mostly precious metals, high cost and anode corrosion. The study of microdynamics and thermodynamics guiding its popularization and application is not perfect.
