Product Introduction
The Fiber Ball Filter is a versatile filtering system suitable for both clean and wastewater, particularly well-suited for precise filtration in oil fields, refineries, and similar applications. This filter employs specially modified hydrophilic and oleophobic fiber balls as its filtering medium. Depending on the working conditions, it can utilize hydraulic or mechanical compression for the filtration layer. During the filtration process, oil-containing wastewater passes through the filter layer from top to bottom, trapping oil and suspended particles. After backwashing, suspended particles and some oil are removed. The filter material undergoes backwashing using air or water, ensuring effective regeneration of the filtering material. This product is characterized by its compact structure, comprehensive configuration, stable operation, ease of operation, thorough backwashing, and convenient maintenance. It finds extensive use in treating oil-containing wastewater in oil fields and also suits deep treatment of industrial wastewater in industries such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, and textiles.
