    Product Introduction

    The Cyclonic Oil-Water Separator adopts specially designed axial vortex technology, optimized through CFD simulation, forming a stable internal vortex flow field to ensure efficient and rapid separation of oil droplets in wastewater under strong centrifugal force (hundreds to thousands of times the centrifugal acceleration).

    The separator is suitable for situations with oil content in the inlet below 50% and may contain a small amount of gas. On one hand, the water outlet can achieve drainage below 500mg/L, and on the other hand, the oil discharge end concentrates the produced liquid. For instance, with a 10% produced liquid, it can reach 50% oil content. This method can be effective for oil wells with high water content, aiming to increase production.

    Characteristics and Advantages of the Cyclonic Oil-Water Separator:
