High-Efficient Coalescing Pressure Degreaser
High-Efficient Coalescing Pressure Degreaser, with the full name of High-Efficient Coalescing Pressure Degreaser, is a patented technology product of Sinokle Technology. It utilizes the principles of coarse graining, shallow pond, and CFD simulation tools to optimize the internal space and structure of the tank, and reasonably arrange the internal flow field, so as to achieve rapid aggregation, coalescence, floating (or sinking), and separation of oil droplets or suspended matters in water.
The interior of the degreaser tank is composed of an inlet pre-separation zone, a primary separation zone, and a main separation zone. The inlet pre-separation zone consists of specially designed cyclonic separation devices. The primary separation zone and the main separation zone are filled with different specifications of coalescing packing materials. The top of the tank is equipped with an oil collection bag, and the bottom of the tank is equipped with an efficient sand flushing and sludge removal device.
With a single-unit treatment capacity of up to 200 cubic meters per hour, the oil removal rate exceeds 90%.
