SINOKLE won the bid for the oil wastewater treatment project of Sierra Leone heavy oil power Station of China Power Construction
Recently, SINOKLE successfully won the bid for the China Power Construction Sierra Leone heavy oil power station oily wastewater treatment (boiler supply water) project, which is another major project SINOKLE Technology in Africa after signing the Congo (Brazzardia) large-scale oilfield wastewater comprehensive treatment project, is SINOKLE Technology response to the country's "One Belt, One Road" initiative another important achievement.
The heavy oil power station project is located in Tankeri, Northern Province of Sierra Leone on the west coast of Africa, and the installed installation plan is for 5 heavy oil units, with a total output power of 43.65MW in this stage. This project is an auxiliary project of a new power plant. The oily wastewater integrated treatment equipment provided by SINOKLE Technology can discharge the oily wastewater from the main building of the power station and the ground washing of the oil pump room and the oily wastewater in the oil tank area after treatment up to the standard.
It is reported that the oil-bearing wastewater of the heavy oil power station has the characteristics of high density of heavy oil, large viscosity, high content of gelatinous asphaltene, serious emulsification, and difficult treatment. In order to ensure that the wastewater can reach the effluent target requirements stably after treatment, SINOKLE Technology is using its core patented product -- two-stage CDFU (Cyclonic Dissolved gas Flotation Unit) flotation equipment for oil and suspended gas separation. It can effectively remove oils and suspended matter. The process is mature and stable. The water output is stable and the operational risk is minimized.
