Urumqi Petrochemical black water treatment project CDFU equipment successfully run a trial

At 11:00 on January 13, 2024, the 400,000 tons/year coking pretreatment unit CDFU blackwater treatment project of petrochina Urumqi Petrochemical Company, which was built by SINOKLE, was put into trial operation according to the plan, and the effluent water quality was analyzed to be qualified, which marked a successful trial operation of the CDFU project in the refinery workshop.

CDFU, also known as Cyclonic Dissolved gas Flotation Unit, is a new generation of green and efficient compact vertical tank air flotation equipment developed by SINOKLE. The equipment integrates the patented technologies such as swirling centrifugal separation technology, ultrafine bubble generation technology and dissolved air floating technology. Through the organic combination of multiple technologies, it can realize the efficient and rapid separation of dirty oil, emulsified oil and suspended matter in sewage.

After the device is put into use, it is expected to receive and treat 50-60 tons of electric desalting and cutting water/hour. Through this set of facilities, oil-water separation of high-oil sewage can be realized, the production of dirty oil sludge can be reduced, the operation cost can be reduced, and the environmental protection and economic benefits are good.

CDFU swirling dissolved gas flotation equipment has the advantages of compact structure, small footprint, low operating costs, high removal rate of emulsified oil and fine suspended matter, and does not require the use of chemical agents, especially suitable for oil fields, refineries or offshore platforms containing emulsified oil and fine suspended particles and other difficult sewage treatment. It has been successfully used in more than 30 high-difficulty sewage treatment projects at home and abroad and achieved stable operation.
