After entering the desalination tank with a large amount of water, such as the cut water is not enough, the cut-off level will cause the desalination transformer to trip, which not only affects the quality of crude oil desalination, but also further affects the normal operation and product quality of the atmospheric pressure device due to the large amount of water after the removal of crude oil, and even causes the flash tower (initial distillation tower) safety valve to jump, and the tower side line out of "black oil".

Treatment method:

First, contact the irrigation district to strengthen the dewatering work of incoming materials, so that the water content of raw materials in the inlet device reaches the specified index (≦0.5%);

The second is to reduce the water injection of the first and second stages of electric desalination, and it is necessary to stop the desalination water injection;

The third is to strengthen the water cutting work of electric desalination, open the water cutting valve, the water cutting auxiliary line valve, and even the desalination tank blowdown valve;

The fourth is to strengthen the inspection and control of the electric desalting boundary level, and strictly prevent the desalting boundary level from being too high and too low, resulting in a large amount of crude oil carrying water or cutting water and running oil after removal;

Fifth, if the transformer is tripping, after the desalting boundary is restored to the process control index range, the power is transmitted according to the program.
